Controlling 1 Tortoise Slow Motion Switch from two different locations
Using DPDT Toggle Switches

On the Southern Exchange layout there was a place within a semi enclosed area where you have to duck under
to work that section.  Within that section was a manually controlled turnout in against the wall.  During op sessions I quickly realized that a manual turnout was not a good option.   Folks were having to lean across about 30 inches of detailed yard to throw a tiny switch.
The second problem occurred when no one was working in that area, and the turnout needed to be activated.

This was a perfect place for two separate switches to control one switch machine.  After checking with a couple of seasoned club members, and the internet, it did not appear that this could be done easily.  Finally after going back to the internet I stumbled onto a debate regarding this very idea.  Unfortunately the drawings were not quite accurate.  However after a few trial and error sessions I am happy to say that I was able
get this to work.    Two DPDT toggle switches, one of outside the duck under area, and the other inside the duck under area.  Both control the Tortoise with a flip of the toggle.  The Red LED will light up when the turnout is closed, and the clear LED will glow when the turnout is open.
